Milestones, Lessons, and What’s Ahead in My Writing Journey
Writing and publishing
books is a journey, and I’m thrilled to share an update on where things stand
with Paint It Red, The Daily Bucket, and Breaking Through. Each
project has taken a life of its own, and after months of hard work, revisions,
and research, I’m excited about the progress being made.
Paint It Red is officially in its final revision stage! The manuscript is complete, and I’m working through peer reviews to refine the content before submitting it for consideration in three months. The Daily Bucket is also nearing completion, with revisions in full swing and a major addition: financial surveys.
These surveys cover key areas like Money Relationship, Unplanned
Expenses, Myths About Investing, and Financial Goals, with 3,000
respondents helping to shape the book’s insights. Meanwhile, the audiobook Breaking
Through is currently in production, and I’m offering a free chapter
download for those who want a sneak peek. Grab it here: https://payhip.com/b/oXNZ7.
It’s been a long road,
but seeing these books take shape has been incredibly rewarding. I can’t wait
to share them with you soon! If you’ve been following along, thank you for your
support. It means everything. More updates to come as we get closer to launch!
Author Platform Update:
Building Momentum
As the books move through
their final stages, I’ve also been focused on strengthening my author platform
to connect with readers and build anticipation for the launches. Content
creation has been a big part of this. Blog updates, engaging social media discussions, podcast videos, and insights pulled directly from Paint It Red and The Daily Bucket
have been resonating well. I want this platform to be more than just book
updates; it’s a space for real conversations about decision-making, financial
habits, and making better decisions.
The momentum around the
books has been incredible, and the engagement on my author platform continues
to grow. The blog page has officially hit 20,000 views per month,
with readers diving into topics on decision-making, financial habits, and
simplifying their lives. On YouTube, the channel has now surpassed 5,000 subscribers with multiple videos heading towards 2000 views. The Reddit posts
have collectively reached over 1 million views sparking some great discussions
and valuable feedback. Both websites
have increased to 2500 views a month as well, telling me people want to know
about the concepts each book is covering.
One of the biggest
highlights has been the response to The Daily Bucket budget system. The
video explaining the concept has now hit 17,000 views, and what’s even
more exciting is the number of people reaching out to share their experiences
using the system. Many have reported seeing real improvements in how they
manage their money, proving that small, intentional changes can make a big
impact.
Seeing this level of
engagement reinforces why I’m so passionate about these books. The
conversations happening across platforms are helping shape the final products,
and I’m looking forward to building even more connections. Thank you all for being part of this journey!
